Q. Is there a charge for the initial consultation?

A.  No. When we come out to the home to meet with you, there is no charge.  You will only be charged for the work that is done.

Q. How long are you in this business?

A.   We have been in this business since 2009

Q. Do you have Workman Compensation Insurance?

A. Yes 

Q. Do you carry general insurance?

A. Yes, $2 million and $1 million

Q. Do you have references?

Q. What warranty do you carry?

A. The warranty from Allen Restoration Group is 2 years workmanship & labor.  The materials will have their own warranty, please ask us or refer to the manufacturer warranty.

Q. Do you finance?

A.  No, but there are various ways to pay for your project – cash, credit card, home equity loan, personal loan are a few.

Q. What is the payment schedule?

A. Most times it is ½ down and balances Net 7- this may change depending on the job but this would be discussed up front.

Q. How long before the job can be started?

A. We will start as soon as materials are in, paperwork is received and any permits that are needed are in place.  


Q. What is the timeline on the job?

A.  It depends on the job, we will give you an approximate timeline when the job is finalized.


Q. What will the working day look like?

A. We work at 7:30 am to approximately 4:00 pm


Q. Will the same team be working every day? Is there going to be someone on site with whom I can communicate?

A. Different teams perform different trades so the team on site may vary. We can always be reached by phone after hours, 7 days a week
